Successfully Not Fabulous

Felt stuck as I contimplated a large pile of work to be done, and the 8×10″ blank paper seemed the size of a garage door. For three straight days I did exactly nothing. The problem was the need to be fabulous, to turn out a succession of beauties, and the solution was to begin with one that is homely. That gets the eye in the game, gets something on paper, allows for some mistakes and experimenting at no cost.
